In this book talk for <i>one long listening: a memoir of grief, friendship, and spiritual care</i>, I'll share how my training in Buddhist chaplaincy led to a deeper appreciation of grief, creativity, and spiritual care as liberatory practices available to all of us.

In this daylong program, co-taught with Trent Walker, we will engage in a variety of chanting practices from across the Buddhist world, with a special emphasis on the Theravāda tradition. Our charge as a group will be to embody chant as an expression of care for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world. All are warmly welcome to participate; no previous chanting experience is required.
